Description: Este subproducto corresponde a un componente técnico específico enfocado en la identificación, análisis y representación del espacio público efectivo del municipio de Rionegro, entendido como el conjunto de áreas públicas que, además de estar legalmente destinadas al uso público, se encuentran disponibles, accesibles y funcionales para la comunidad. Este componente tiene como finalidad brindar una visión clara y actualizada del estado real del sistema de espacio público, con el fin de fortalecer los procesos de planificación, gestión y toma de decisiones a nivel territorial. Para su elaboración, se utilizó como insumo principal la capa oficial de espacio público establecida en el Decreto Municipal 124 de 2018, norma que constituye el marco jurídico y técnico para la clasificación, jerarquización y manejo de las distintas tipologías de espacio público en el municipio. Esta capa define los criterios que permiten diferenciar entre el espacio proyectado, potencial y el que efectivamente está consolidado para el uso ciudadano. Adicionalmente, la información fue complementada y enriquecida a partir de la cartografía oficial del Inventario de Espacio Público, el cual fue actualizado hasta el año 2018. Este inventario integra información georreferenciada sobre bienes públicos, incluyendo su tipología, estad físico y restricciones normativas, lo cual permitió realizar un contraste entre lo normativo y lo existente, identificando posibles brechas, inconsistencias o áreas que requieren intervención o cualificación.
